“For those actively decolonizing their spirituality and longing to live into a more liberating way, Kealani not only offers her years of experience but also is a supportive and encouraging presence. She believes in the power of community and that we can engage with our communities and organizations rooted in our cultural wisdoms.

I highly encourage working with Kealani.”

— Dr. Cindy S. Lee, Director of Liberated Together Spiritual Direction School and author of the book, “Our Unforming: De-Westernizing Spiritual Formation

THIS ISN’T YOUR USUAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.

Think of me as your spiritual guide.
I’ll support you in cultivating deeper relationships of trust and connection with your Filipino heritage, ancestral wisdom, and community – because we don’t become better leaders by leaving ourselves behind. We become better leaders by embracing our whole selves in all areas of our lives (at work and beyond).

When you join our group cohorts, you’ll:

FIND YOUR TRUSTED KASAMAS (PARTNERS AND COLLABORATORS)

We know how lonely it is to lead as a Filipinx/a/o in spaces that weren’t made for us. Having an inner circle of trusted partners is key along the way.

Through our group cohorts, you’ll connect with a community of Filipino leaders who share your values, struggles, and vision so you no longer feel alone.

LEARN TO TRUST
YOUR INNER WISDOM AND VOICE

Current leadership models weren’t designed with our stories, histories, or cultures in mind – so we learned to stop trusting ourselves as Filipinx/a/o.

But our ancestral wisdom is still within us. We’ll provide you with the frameworks & safe container to stop listening to the colonizer’s voice, and trust yours instead.

SHOW UP AS THE LEADER YOU WERE MEANT TO BE

You don’t serve your community by shrinking or watering yourself down. You serve your community by stepping into your power.

Through Kapwa Praxis, you’ll gain the resources, reframes, and support you need to own your authority and lead unapologetically with your values – no matter what rooms you find yourself in.

Are you ready for a more liberating way to lead?

Join a Group Cohort

We offer two types of group learning experiences, each built around the principles of co-creation, mutual accountability, and narrative inquiry.

Our group cohorts are not passive, top-down education programs. They require active participation, engagement, and a co-learning approach.

We believe the wisdom is already in the room; our cohorts simply serve as the sacred containers to activate it.

To ensure psychological safety and individual care, each cohort is intentionally limited to an intimate group of 3–4 participants and is guided by a Kapwa Praxis co-learner.

Choose between the following group learning experiences:

TRACK A:
Foundations Of Kapwa Leadership (4 Weeks)

Next Cohort: Sept 7th - Oct 2nd, 2026

Designed for Filipina/x/o American leaders and justice seekers, this four-week journey focuses on recovering ancestral memory and unlearning the colonial narratives meant to silence us.

In this safe container, we use narrative inquiry to move from personal storytelling to historical awareness, helping you find new language for your identity so you can lead your community with wholeness and truth.

Commitment:
4 weekly sessions (1.5–2 hours each)

The Journey:

We’ll move through 4 structural arcs: Remembering, Awakening, Lament & Reclamation, and Integration.
